All of sudden KonicaMinolta EP1085 black and white copier started producting blank copies. The copier was working fine. There was thunder storm over night. Anything needs to be reset? or any idias to diagnose and correct this problem?

Since ison the same idea of that 1080s family.......it coul be the high voltage unit ...check basics as a false conection between the springs and the therminals check your corona units.. if something goes bad on one of teh units it wiil create blank copies -
Stop the copy process with the paper under the drum. Remove the drum unit and inspect it for image on the drum. If the image is present on the drum there is an issue with the transfer section. If there is no image on the drum, there is likely an issue with the HV unit.the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.Samir: No, not again. Check the Transfer Corona Wire.
If the wire was broken, re-strung the wire. If not, use a hair dryer
to expel the moisture inside the machine.

Think that you have to call service tech to fix your copier.
This guy is end user and even this is old machine, think that he have to give his local tech chance to earn some money.
