BizHub 421 frustration email and address books

Is this machine capable of multi-tasking? I can't seem to make some changes to the address book while it is doing anything else. Bad enough I have to wait for it to clear to get admin access.

Also scan to email is down and the error message simply tells me NG and that the job was deleted. Not sure what is wrong. It was last known to be working at 7:30pm last night and since 9:30am this morning it has been down.

Looks like our networking team locked down a setting, and luckily I have only one thing to change on the machine!! Probablly have to do it around mightnight though. Third day they had it and it has copied 3000, scanned 91 times (more pages I'm sure) and faxed a couple hundred. Only time it was not in use was lunch.
