    Konica Minolta 350c

Is there any way to temporarily reset a "Replace Image Unit" message on a Konica 350c until the image unit arrives.

Not that i know of, If the image unit has never been reset and is still putting out a good quality copy than just have the chip reset. And the unit will go for a full term agian before needing replaced.

If you go into 'Security' mode from 'Tech Rep Mode', you can then you can change the 'IU Stop Life' setting.

This will enable the mahine to keep running without the IU being changed. Only problem is that the machine will still display 'Change K Image Unit' and the user will need to press OK on the machine to this prompt so they can copy.

As long as you show the users this, then the above no longer becomes an issue.
Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.

The easiest answer is to keep them in stock.
This is why I don't service Minolta Color.
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?
