i have a b 421 with a sc code 6001, i replaced the ccd unit and nou it is giving me c-d 203 it does not help to reset the code an if i put the old ccd unit back into the m/c it have the same problem
The ribbon cable from the CCD to the OACB is pinched to ground with new style plate that covers the cable. Have had this on every one of our 501/421 units in the past month...about 30 units. Remove the plate, insulate your cable with some tape and replace the plate, but don't tighten the screws.
