    Bizhub 350, tech code

    Bizhub 350, tech code.

    Have two Bizhub 350 from a wholesaler where the previous tech altered the tech code. Neither 8x0 nor 1-8 is working. Any solutions please?

          According to the manual, if the service code is lost, the RAMS PWB needs to be replaced. This is not listed as a part. They say you have to contact the manufacturer. The code is changed in security mode which is located in the Tech Rep Mode, but you can't get there! Does not make sense.

                  I also witnessed slight variations of the standard codes - Try 10000000 or 00000001 to see if it can help.

                  Try also 4 digit codes - 4x0, 1-4 or 9272.

                      wthout replacing RAMs board or MFBS board you cant enter into service mode,still there is one way but its unethical to tell you if u r not authorised KM dealer person.
