c200 fax report printing with single casssete

on machine.. problem faxes are printing ok but the reports are not printing ok... lets explain thecustomer wants machine to set paper in casette in a4 portrait and the report prints out in A4 landscape.. cannot get this right have any suffred from the sdame problem

You can change the casstte that the reports print out on. It is just really hard to find the right setting to change. I can't even remember myself, but I have a feeling that it is in the 'User Settings'.

thanx ..this machine has only one cassete...

There should be a size setting as well which will mean that you can change the A4-R to A4.
