    have a C451 with about 500 copies
    all copies look undertoned

    gradation scale look good

    Gradation Scale = Good
    Prints = ?
    Scans = ?

        Gradation pattern looks good; copies, prints and scans are light? Now that's an odd one... If your print was something you scanned, maybe you got something wrong with your scanner. Else, could be that your machine is undertoned.
        Maybe someone else can help you... I'm at a loss.
