Is it a C450 or the printer version?
I asume you are pressing the 25 or 36 keys to get into the modes?

The C450 does not use that system...you need to press Utility key, Meter count, then details, then stop.00.stop.0.1! That should get you into tech mode...are you a tech or end user?
