    konica K7255 display sc-46-12 code?

    1、 When using RADF store copying, scanning process display SC46-12 error code;
    2、 From the original glass to scan into memory and then printout,The machine stops responding or display sc46-12 error code.

    Replace ICB is invalid.


    Any solutions or help?
    By updating firmware?

      I have seen that code more than one time over the years and it was never a problem, it would always reset and rarely come back any time soon on the same machine. Will the code not reset, or is it coming back over and over? Why is changing the PCB invalid? I am sure most will tell you to upgrade firmware first.
