Image size problem when scanning on c250

Hi guys, just wondering if anyone has any ideas on a problem im having on a bizhub c250.

When copying off glass and through ADF the image is spot on, size for size, but when you scan the original to computer, then print it out on the machine, or any other, the image has shifted down the page a few mm, and across slightly.

Spoke to konica helpdesk, they don`t know, played around with printer area, scan area, changed scan settings, played around with the printer driver, but no good.

Anyone any thoughts, all help appreciated.

shift

You can try to shift your image in your photo editor -on PC. Try also to open scaned image with other program.
In fact there seems to be a problem, not in machine.
