Firmware problem C500

Hello, I have a problem with Hp 9850mfp, which is KonicaMinolta Bizhub Pro C 500/8050. I've loaded firmware provided by KonicaMinolta and machine shows SC 81-01 that means rom version doesn't correspond to the model. Anybody could send me Hp original firmware.

I have the IKON PRO 500C (KONICA MINOLTA BIZHUB C500) I've loaded firmware provided by HP 9850MFP and machine shows SC 81-01 and I dont know what to do. I have hp9850mfp firmware and i can send them to you if you have konica minolta firmware bizhub pro c500/8050 thanks.

we have just got the sc 81-01 on our machine
it was jamming then kicked one the fuser temp codes and I reset that then I got 81-01
is that code a firmware issue and if so where on earth do I find it?

There's a bulletin that shows this...not sure it's helpful as it seems to easy.

CAUSE: Dipswitch 4-0 is set to 0 (OFF) in the 25 mode.

SOLUTION: Set dipswitch 4-0 to 1 (ON) in 25 mode.

We are very badly need of firm ware for konica minolta bizz hub c 500 mfp printer .please let me know the availability.we have got two printers giving 80-01 error

Sir...we do not know the procedure for flasing the firm ware on these boxes.please give the procedures to enable me to try to flash on these boxes.we have got 2 now od c 500 mfp printers with 80-010errors

My both c 500 printers are down for want of c 500 firm ware.please let me know where I all get them and how much we have to pay to get them
