    Firmware problem C500

    Hello, I have a problem with Hp 9850mfp, which is KonicaMinolta Bizhub Pro C 500/8050. I've loaded firmware provided by KonicaMinolta and machine shows SC 81-01 that means rom version doesn't correspond to the model. Anybody could send me Hp original firmware.

          I seriously doubt they provide firmwares for that kind of machine to the end users...

              I have the 9850mfp fireware , rom verson is 500000, it seem not the latest version, and how send you ?
