C203-display"License Management Error"

I have aproblem with my C203 Machine, in the monitor Display " License Management Error Occured". The Function of Print & Scan no Problem.But the result of Copy not good, still haved black block in around print area like if we wrong step for the first installation.

Hi, as for the grey block you have not followed the setup procedure correctly and need to redo the setup, possibly the date input is incorrect. As for the liscence error, possibly the incorrect serial number was input, you will need to contact your supplier to recieve the correct procedure to correct that issue, its got to do with security.

to get rid of the gray block you need to re set up the machine or you have a faulty nv ram. as for the license error check the PDF.
