konica c350 missing magenta color

hi
i have c350 and my problem is missing a color ( magenta).
the story is begin after i chanched the mfp and another bord that conect to it , after changing the print out have not magenta color .
also i don't know that have problem before or not.
i try to solved this problem by changing transfer belt but ploblem not solved.
and chanched image unit yellow and magenta without chip and print out is print yellow as magenta but magenta not print out yellow .
please help me

I think you have answered your own question.
You put the magenta image unit into the yellow slot and it didn't work, but the yellow in the magenta slot did.
Unless I have completly misunderstood what you said, you need to replace the magenta image unit.
