Souds like you set the WRONG software switch or bit. OUCH. only fix would be to reset the switches if you can find the one you mistakenly did. not sure if a Total Clear will reset the SW on that machine or not????
You basically told the copier that a coin-op device is going to be attached to it. I suppose you could look that up in the service manual and check those switches and make sure they are set to default and NOT for a coin-op.
