    Di-3510 Error

Hi guys and gals (if any),

I'm having the following code with a Konica Minolta Di-3510.

COBAO when the machine is turned on. It goes through a few motions of bringing everything to home position, ect. and then pops the code.

The manual says the following - Elevator Motor Ascent/Descent Drive Failure - which I believe has to do with the large capacity tray/cassete.
The problem though is that this machine does not have an LCT/LCC option, only a regular storage compartment in the drawer base where the LCT/LCC would be.

I suspect either dip-switches, corrupt firmware, or bad board -
Any ideas would be highly appreciated.

    Thanks

Its the finisher, Something blocking the up/down movement or the trays are not sitting right in position.

Just under the opening on the finisher is the actuator that tells the elevator to stop moving up. If the tray is not secured, some one will bump it and the tray will not touch the actuator and when it over travels, it codes. The tray must be secured with screws, moving it 2mm will cause the problem.
