Error code SC45-03??

Thanks for the info & I'll check the sensor. We just installed a new transfer belt, but don't know how to adjust the print position on the belt.

The print position on the transfer belt is incorrect. Could be a problem with the transfer belt, but if the copier hasn't been serviced in a while, it's probably just toner buildup on the sensor.
