    i have a problem with banding in feed direction on any weight of paper , this shows it's self when solid colours are printed, looks like roller marks but can't see any rollers that can be causing the problem..it doe'nt matter which papertray is used including bypass unit..please help!

      hi,
      me not that much familiar with C451 but reducing fusing roller temp., will avoid exit roller marks(if that's the matter) ,but deterioration in print finishing-especially in thick stock(like some what a glossy finish for even KM) as staying long in fusing unit will increase glossiness. Try to reduce fusing transport speed for a better finish in thick stock( customers in this part of the world crave for glossy copies).

        will try that as i think they are exit marks too..

        Mr Who , i can't scan image in as doe'nt show up the marks

              I think u ve to modify guide plate with guide sheet to eliminate toner bands in paper feeding direction. this fix the prob hope so
