    Ecm konica 7045

Have a Konica 7045 that boss got at auction. I can't get in service because of the ECM password. I have a printout that was with the machine that says the key op is 00000000 and other is 0000. I can hold down the p button all day and not get to screen for service password. Someone must have changed the password after the printout was made. Is there a powerup way to get in service mode so i can reset and get rid of the ecm . I never worked on 7045's just bizhub 1050 and c6500 ,canon Xerox. I also downloaded the manual about the ECM and if you have no password you are out of luck.

    Thanks Warren

Try 25 mode to get the ECM passwords.
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

Go to the 36 mode-list output- there you can see the codes.
Hold help button en switch machine on.Enter 1234 then switch ecm off.

I can't get past the ecm screen asking me for a 5 digit password. Tried hitting the help button and can not even get to the key op mode. If i can get in service mode a can shut this thing off.
I have all the service guides, service manual and the doc for the ecm.
