    Jam 32 Konica 7055

I have done the steps on the "guide" option. Open 1,2,3, but there is no evidence of a paper jam anywhere! The message keeps coming up as "Jam Code 32-00". Thanks for some help!

Is this on single copy or multi runs. It sounds like you may have a sensor problem. I would look at the fuser exit area.
Please do not PM me without asking first.

I think it was for a multi-copy project. The top drawer (#1) also won't go back in, it is hitting something (unidentified). Don't think its related because I was able to make copies even with the drawer pulled out.
      Thanks for the suggestion.

        DESCRIPTION: J32-00 at power up.
CAUSE: Fixing paper exit plate upper (p/n 55TA53080) is causing the actuator for PS27 to bind.
SOLUTION: Reform the paper exit plate upper so that the actuator for PS27 moves freely.
