Bizhub C350 imaging unit reset chips?

Hey all, I have recently purchased a few chips to reset some C350 imaging units. Could someone enlighten me as to where to find the current chips in the bloody things? I'm a tad lost!

any guidelines/etc would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

The color chip is the actual plug that connects fro IU to main body, the black is a little PCB mounted inside the end cover of the IU. If you have the replacement chips it should be obvious.
