Hi All,

I have a Konica Bizhub 7145. While printing, the tray that catches the printed documents raised up and the error code F-77-2 appeared. Is this something that I can correct myself? If so, how?

Could be a number of things, but it's related to the finisher.

What FS do you have installed?

Try to print to another output tray to see what happens.
