    Language Problem KM 7055/7065

I'm a new technician at work. We have a problem with our re-manufactured copiers. It is in other language, don't know exactly what the language is. How I can change it to english? I know there is a way because I can see other 7065 machines in english.

    Thanks

Go into 25 mode and change switch 4, bit 2 to a 1, and make sure switch 4, bit 3 is set to 0. This will set your destination to USA. I think this will also change the screen language. I couldn't find any other display language info.

I could not find anything in the service manual, which leads be to think it is a key operator/ user setting.

            Thank you for trying.

Someone told me that I should replace an IC somewhere in the machine to be able to change the language.
            Can someone verify this?
