i need help with these codes c3851 and c3451... theses codes has beeen coming up for some time and the tecs have reset them and replaced. fuser units..
i have replaced pwm board and done firmware. still no difference. now i cant reset the code in trouble reset or iniatialisation.
any one some ideas..
