    6500 quality

    jittering (like vibrating) in above 250 gsm paper.this is at yhe end of the image only around 3cm before the end of the paper,and only in above 250gsm paper and from 4th and 5th tray too.

    what do you hear or see? Could be fuser drive. How many copies? Just email me directly mrwizzard1988@gmail.com I uploaded the troubleshooting guide just in case.

      Paper grain is wrong. Anything over 200gsm must be short grain.

          paper grain is indeed the problem. Use short grain is always the best.

            i had a similar problem and resolved it adjusting the transfer value for that paper. try this:
            Adjust the DC separation setting:
            1. Set Dip-SW 1-0 to 1.
            2. Select Paper setting => Change => Process Adj. => Separation DC (Front) and (Back).
            3. Change the Separation DC settings from -20 to -30.
            4. Please check the dark band level
