I have a customer requesting that we take on their Bizhub C650 on a cost per page basis. We do all of their network printers. We have not worked on these before and have no parts vendors lined up. Any suggestions for reliable vendors with fair pricing would be much appreciated? We're in the metro Atlanta area.

I would try Arc Services. We have had great results with them. ARC Services Co. - Konica Minolta Copiers, Parts, and Supplies, Imaging Units, Toner or 1-800-304-5933.

Great reliable color MFP, but...(always a but) PM replacement units are expensive!!!! If service life is anywhere above 35-40% I would add 50% of the cost of these units before agreement to service.
