B420 nvram

Hi, I was hoping someone could help me with this problem. We recently dad a bizhub 420 blow the main board, and we discovered that the backup battery on the nvram was faulty as well. We stripped a battery from another nvram and soldered it on to the board but now we can't get the ram to clear.(all the counters show max count eg. 9999 for error codes).

Is there any way to restore the counters or at least to save the nvram?

May be it's possible when you put on the copyer the Nvram how is the screen and what happened

whether you got another 420 with you[which did'nt reached its PM cycle]? then take NVRAM of that and insert it in this machine,reset PM counts and enhance PM call limit to 999999[normally its 250000,I hope so, if not extremely sorry,Iam just recollecting from my memory] .Hope this will do.

If you want to reset your Nvram i can reprogramming it but you must send me the Nvram with the total counter (print it)
