Hi I have a C200 that intermittently freezes and you cant do anything on the panel. You have to switch off and restart the machine and then all print jobs come out. It does not have a duplex and only has the one tray and also has a fax unit on. I have tried extra memory but still does it. Have brought it to our workshops and also does it here so is not a power issue. If anyone has had this issue please help!!!

Try a hdd format, but be careful, you'll loose all the data saved on it (boxes, accounts and so on). -
The C200 does not come standard with a hard drive and this one doesnt have oneComment

this is happening a few models i've had it on c451 and c253 as well.
what i've tried so far is turning off sleep mode setting low power to 240
upgraded firmware,also reseating all connections on pwb-c(ipb) board (little one under glass)
this seem to to have worked at the moment, was happening daily at my sites but now not heard anything for a week
If at First you don't succeed remove all evidence of ever trying!
