    C250

I have a c250 that is good quality on copies but when you print the image is too red as though all image has had too much magenta.Have you seen this before as I suspect board but what to exhaust all other avenues before ordering due to costs!

Gradation adjust is in tech rep mode under image adjust. First do an initialize and stabilize, then do gradation adjust. Select gradation mode, press start. A test pattern wil print out. Place on glass and close original cover or df. Press start to scan the test pattern. Repeat these steps to scan each new test pattern 3 times each for gradation, resolution and high compression mode, for a total of 9 scans. When complete, exit tech rep mode and turn off the power for 15 seconds and restart. The gradation adjustment and stabilization settings arre also available in administrator mode under expert adjustment.

also check in service mode under state confirmation setings for laser and corect them if need.

        It must be about 0 +-5, and K about 0 +-1.
