Hello,

We got one Di 5510 ,we tryed to change the rubbers on tray 1(the left big tray).After the change we saw that the machine doesn't recognize the tray anymore ( it blights in gray and isn't active ).We changed the whole tray with a new one from a different machine and still the same problem.
If someone got some solution or has experienced the same problem please help.

Well, i've got this problem on other machines from KM.... so you can try to see if there is no borken sensor on the tray place, remove the tray and check if the sensors at the inside the machine are ok or if theresn't any think blocking any sensor. ok? see also the wire harnes that are on the sensors. see you!!

Tray 1 grayed out

The 5510 will isolate a tray (gray out) if a malfunction occurs. I believe you need to go to DIP SW18, bit 0 and make sure it is set to "0" if it is at "1" the tray will be unavailable.

Thank you guys.We did harness to one wire at the sensor,but when we replaced the tray we was thinking that is going to solve from itself.The SW 18-0 was on (1) when we placed it at off(0) the problem solved.Now it works fine.
