We have two of these machines reporting 0020 all the time. Already tried changing everything that could be related according to the manuals. Could it be a bad power line or any other thing that's not inside the machine?
Hey man, this is failure on M1, try to echange this motor or the PWB-F
this error is common on this machine, see also the wire harness, i've got this trouble on this machine, i've echanged the PWB-F then the trouble was solved, this also occurs on DI-620 that is very close to EP 6001
