C6500 paper jams out of large trays error J1610

Replaced sensor 1 and feed rollers. Jams from both trays, and stops before entering main machine.

Isn't that the jam code for a multifeed? Did you tune the new sensor?

Yes it is that senor, we have just ordered another one but, There is no pot on the board to tune it. Am i missing something?

I'd have to check my manual but I'm pretty sure you would have to set up the new one. You can turn it off if it turns into a major.
