I am repeatedly getting a C-4840 error code while using the saddle-stitch finisher and can't find anything wrong. Does anyone know what this error code means? Thanks in advance.
The manual definition for this error is " the engine continued operation without preparing image or process patch for the specified time"
I would start by updating the firmware of the machine and options.Failing this replace the Overall Control Board.
