CF5001 - yellow developer goes out from dev unit

hello!

in CF5001 yellow developer goes out from dev unit

first i change developer, no effect. then developer go out from unit again and a gear on dev unit was damaged - i change whole unit - no effect, today developer again out of dev. unit and gear damaged again.

i already try to reset settings to default - what can i do with it?

Bios voltage keeps the devolper in the unit i would look for a bios leak or a break in the connectors

what is a BIOS leak?

connectors are ok.

developer goes out only from one side - where the gears.

by the way, where can i get spare gears?
