Noisy FS-114

I have a couple of these finishers making a high pitched squealing noise just as the exit rollers accelerate to spit the paper out.
I have basically gutted the thing and lubed all bushings, pressure rollers etc, but no luck. Has anyone else seen this problem?

The bin up down drive gear has a small spacer/washer under it, it tends to eat its way into the gear and the finisher makes an extreme amount of noise, just replace the gear and spacer and all is quiet again. A little grease on that area goes along way when reassembling.
