Alright I have a tech who is working on a c300 that jams only when you use legal in the second cassette. All other paper sizes work fine including ledger. It detects the paper size fine and always misfeeds in a different spot sometimes out of the tray,at the sync, and even in the fuser. All other trays run just fine.(has 4 trays on it) We have replaced the tray,feed assy.,motors,vert rollers and sensors,firmware,fuser, and paper size sensors any ideas?
