Bizhub 163 pc printing

Hi Friends,
After installing the printer driver in 163 when I send to print the document through USB from the pc its not printing. In the machine error LED light and while pressing the printer button machine displays "Data Receiving" after replacing the USB cables problem is as it is.

Use cable less than 2m long. Check if it is USB 2.0 certified.

then go to the printer properties print preference
and set paper settings
