    C451 printing quality

    this copier its work ok? but the printing on thick color paper in monocrome is not correct comparism with xerox . the plack is not printing good
    any adea for this

      don't compar with xerox .Beacuse fusing section design problem .did you have change the plate (modification ) ?

          Use the engineer adjustments to increase transfer for thick stock

              Make sure the customer is selecting the correct media in the driver and it matches the copier settings, especially when using the second side.
              If there is a color one side and b/w other side have customer run the color first, then the b/w.
