    Interesting image when scanning

    Hi guys,

    I wonder if you can help with this image quality problem please?
    It only shows itself when scanning.
    Printing is excellent, photocopying is excellent, but when I scan to email (any mode PDF/TIF/JPEG) I get some weird coloured lines.
    It's supposed to be a full A4 page of a blue wall.

    Any ideas?

      I have seen a partial image when scanning to jpeg, (PDF would be corrupt and wouldn't open) on one machine only. It was C250 and reloading firmware fixed the issue. Don't know if this applies to your problem but it wouldn't hurt.

          I loaded the latest firmware and BINGO - it worked!
          Don't know why I didn't think of firmware first.
          I guess it's because the machine was fine on Friday and then today it didn't work.
