    Curly Output on C6501

I have excessive curl on the output (from all trays) from all papers. There is quite a bit of curl as it lands in the output tray. Really bad on 12 x 18 Cardstocks that are shortgrain.

Does anyone know if I should adjust an upper or lower fusing temperature to affect the curl... or other suggestion?

    Thanks

Honest-to-goodness best suggestion would be to check for humidity... Had a very similar experience with one of our print shop customers. Turned out they were storing ALL their paper out in their cold musty warehouse until they needed it for a job, which would of course end up curling and jamming like crazy.

If you have a RU you can turn the curl reform either up or down to remove the curl.

Yeah, what they said, both very good suggestions.
