I get Transfer Jam & Size Mismatch

Congratulations...I have a cold in the head!!
Seriously, but I would asume the jam is caused because the paper size is wrong..hence size mismatch, check machine is set up correctly ie does the paper loaded in the tray match the size that is actually setup in the printer memory??Please do not PM me without asking first.
