i have this c252p printer , on the display it just says machine status 9/21/ / /

all black prints are very faint and test prints on color come out like they have been coloured in by crayon not ink!..

if any one can help please!!

That's this machine's way of displaying alert codes. A combination of P-9 and P-21 probably means the black image unit has failed.
