c252 Scanning Problem

Hi Friends,
When I scan document from C252 after scanning machine display "work has been done improperly check log" its confusing what can i do.

It depends if you are scanning to SMB or Scanning to FTP, with scanning to SMB it is depends if you have created your scan folder and make the necessary changes to have the folders shared out to EVERYONE and the proper permission given. Other than that you will need to provide more info.
