Konica 7415 Error / Fault Code

Hi...

We have a Konica 7415 which is giving us a fault code of C-05-00.

Anyone know what this relates to?

Most likely the fuser - can't be more specific without a manual but from memory C0520 means thermister TH1 has failed.

Thanks for that bud.......yes....it's the thermal cut out over he fuser roller thats gone o/cct.
