C6501 Error C-3804, no reset possible

Got some weird Problem with a bizhub 6501, throwing a C-3804. As you might know, it is necessary to clear Fuser Errors by entering the Service Mode and set Dipswith 3-1 to zero.

And this is, where the Problems start: The Mashine wont let me into Service Mode. It makes no difference whether i enter the service mode by holding the User Key down while firing the Mashine up, or if i try to enter it via user Key Stop-00-Stop-01, you can see the service screen popping up and immedeatly after that it disappears and the error Message pops up, leaving me helpless and scratching my Head.

The KM Hotline is as clueless as i am.

Someone ever encountered this or similar? I am running out of ideas here.

Thank you for your help and sorry, I forget to mention, that i already tried this, as also trying to push a button on the service mode screen in the half of a second, it appears. I removed the whole fusing assy and tried to get the service screen to no avail

I have had something similar. Ended up being a loose connector on the printer control board. Right hand side of the flywheels looking from behind.
