di450 toner fly on t & s charger

this di450 dv and drum already changed. the transfer block always soiled with thin of toner.cause the back side of paper get dirty.after I clean the paper guide (with plastic insulator) only 1 copies then it dirty again.
anyone know how to solve this problem.

did you check the anti spill plate ???

Try cleaning the bias contacts on the back of the developer unit and the rear frame of the copier, then regrease with conductive grease.

Lower the metal guide on the trans/sep corona

Developer rollers

This model uses to have problems with separation between drum and developer roller, there are two rollers in both sides of the magnetic roller. Try to replace them. These rollers have to be new with each drum replaced.
