Hi every body,

At one of my customers place this machine print very light copy on the back side of the paper after taking copy on the first side, on any fresh paper it will print clear, if we keep the paper printed on one side for some 15-20 minutes or more then on the backside it will print clear.

Please any of u if had faced this problem give me ur suggestions.

Can you test the machine with another transfer roller?
