anyone been getting or having problems with i.u not going yield.have issue with cyan giving blank areas or wavy lines of blank areas.almost new unit.nec says they have been getting complaints.there solutin was to shake unit that does not last.this is a two part problem two is jamming second side gets caught exiting second side at exit of copier paper catches on upper roller and sticks there .re installed finisher .
