    hello guys can anyone help on this background copy (see attached sample copy ..... hope you guys saw the background)........... there is a ligth black background and ligth cyan as well ...............
    I have replced the 4 printheads as well as the transfer belt (x'fer belt is schedule for replacement)............
    i highly appreciated your response ................

      Hi

      I don't know if it's the quality of the fotos you have posted or the real print from the machine but i see some kind of lines on the test patterns epecially on the second one with the black. If this is the case and you really have these lines then it's probably the MFPB defekt (which is a common problem the last time and KM is also aware of the problem).

          Have you done a reset and stableize?
          Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.
