Konica 7145 replaced developer now F-26-3

Customer bought this from someone on craigslist and moved it himself.
I suspect copier was tilted or otherwise not moved correctly because when I went to see it about half the developer was missing!

I ordered and replaced developer and it printed 1 perfect copy and now just gives F-26-3 code.

Is there some sort of procedure to run for developer setup and would not doing that cause this code?

I normally work on kyocera mita and Ricoh so i don't have any info on this Konica.

    thanks!

After changing developer L-Detec must be preformed before running any copies. Otherwise, well you know what happens.

Hold 36 while powering up, select process adjust, select L detec, start

With any luck it will perform L detec and you will get ox and a value after about 3 minutes. if you get an error you may have to start with fresh dev again.

By the way, you may want to find that missing dev! If tipped backward it pours out the dev unit and piles up in the paper feed drive area. If left there it will find its way into the feed solenoid and you'll have feed issues.
